Why Use Analyst Finder?
Whether you represent a company, department, agency, organization or recruitment firm, you deserve to be able to hire the best analysts, statisticians, predictive modellers, programmers, and data scientists. For a very reasonable fee, our service provides you with the names and email addresses of analytical professionals who both meet your search criteria and are interested in pursuing the position(s) you are trying to fill. Our database contains analytical professionals you likely won’t find through any other search techniques or data sources, and our search engine was developed specifically to let you easily find the analytical professionals who best represent your ideal candidate(s).
There are a lot of analysts, but they are hard to find and in high demand. According to SAS Institute its software is being used by over four million analysts, and a recent Chief Marketing Officer Council report found that “40% of marketers say they will be adding customer analytics headcount in the next 12 months.” Further, a 2011 McKinsey Global Institute report projects that, by 2018, there will be a shortage of 1.5 million managers and analysts who have the ability to understand and make decisions using big data.
Finding candidates who best match the positions one needs to fill is often frustrating for hiring managers. Before Analyst Finder, companies and recruiters had to rely on websites like Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, GlassDoor, Workopolis and LinkedIn, or the limited numbers of professionals they could attract to their own websites and databases.
The combination of all of those sources only provides access to an extremely small percentage of the actual candidate pool, extremely limited skills and experience detail and, on top of those limitations, none of the sources afford a way to easily find the best candidates who match the specifications for a given position.
What Analyst Finder Provides
Analyst Finder provides you with the names and email addresses of the top candidates who meet your criteria for a position and who are interested in the position. In finding those candidates you get:
- Unparalleled access to the analytical professionals’ hidden candidate market
- Total control (including weighting) of the criteria that will be used for any search
- Unlimited search criteria complexity
- Differentiation between required and desired criteria
- Searches that can include any combination of variables from our extensive skills checklist
- and all of the above at an extremely reasonable cost
The Cost of Our Service
Our pricing structure is designed to provide you with ample candidates at an affordable rate. All of our prices are shown in US dollars, and we offer quantity discounts when more than 5 candidates are requested for a specific position.
|1-5 Positions||Each Additional Position|
There is no charge if we are unable to provide a candidate that meets your criteria.
(please note: for Canada, sales tax applies — currencies other than Canadian and US are subject to a 2% currency conversion surcharge.)
* if your requirements are so specific that fewer than 5 candidates are available, the prices will still be according to the above table, but we will request your confirmation before processing your order.
The Validity of Our Data
Being trained Psychometricians ourselves, we are extremely concerned about ensuring that we maintain valid information. However, we rely on our candidates providing realistic evaluations of their training, knowledge and experience. We expect that some candidates will underestimate their skills, and some will overestimate them, but we consider both to be valid. What we will not accept are misrepresentations of one’s information. Simply let us know if we ever provide any of the latter and we will promptly remove them from our database and supply you with the next highest matching candidate(s).
Using Our Service
All of our searches are based on criteria that you specify. When you complete and submit the following form, you’ll be sent a copy of our copyrighted workbook. The first sheet of that workbook, labeled Instructions, explains everything you’ll need to know for requesting a search. It’s really quite simple and should only take a few minutes of your time.

Candidates provide their name and email addresses, as well as information that describes their education, work history, salary, skills, and some essential factors about the types of positions they would consider. Clients provide their name, company name, email address, phone number, a job description, and the criteria they want applied to identify the closest matching candidates.
Our clients and candidates are in total control of both the information they provide and that which we will ever release. All of the data our clients and candidates provide are stored in a database behind our corporate firewall. We will never share any of the information with anyone unless we are explicitly directed to do so by the information owner.
When a client requests a search of our database, the data they have provided will be matched with the data that our candidates have provided. All clients, by requesting a search, guarantee that (1) the names and email addresses we provide will only be used to contact the candidates for the one position they are trying to fill and (2) that the provided names and email addresses will never be used for any other purpose. If a candidate’s record is selected as a result of a search, the candidate will be sent an email that will include the client’s company name and the job description that the client provided. If a candidate replies to that email indicating that they are interested in the position, we will send the candidate’s name and email address to the client. Other than aggregate summaries, endorsements and testimonials, Analyst Finder, Inc. will never release any information other than as described in the previous paragraphs.
If a candidate ever wants to opt out of our database, they simply have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line “optout” and, in the body of the email, include their candidate number (e.g., 2015062012010101-999999) and the most recent email address the candidate had provided. If the email address and candidate number match the information we have on record, the candidate’s information will be removed from our database.
Endorsements and Testimonials
We post endorsements and testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information. We obtain each individual’s consent prior to posting their name, picture and endorsement or testimonial.
We may, from time to time, release aggregate summaries of our data (e.g., average salaries, numbers of candidates or clients, areas where jobs are being sought, etc.). In all such cases, no individual client or candidate data will be identifiable in any such summaries.

Compromise of Any Information
In the event that anyone’s information has been compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will promptly notify those persons by email, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
